- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I worked here for a day and a half in the boarding facility. The reason for this is because I witnessed something truly horrific. The second day of work in the early hours, a vet tech comes in to administer liquid medicine to a Pit bull that is dog aggressive and human timid. All of a sudden I see her grab this dogs face and try to stick the syringe in her mouth and the dog is shaking her head back and fourth and all the medicine comes flying out, and what I saw next I couldn’t believe! The vet tech punches this dog in the face to try and make her cooperate!!! I yelled, “Hey!!” as I’m standing right next to them, but then I immediately froze. I wasn’t sure what to do because I had never witnessed this kind of abuse before in a work place. I was so upset and shaken up I went to the Vet and said I can not work here when you have people like her working for you abusing animals. I am hoping she does not work there anymore, and if she does I hope you do not bring your animals to this place.
