  Customer Service in back is horrible. I had a appt at 9 a.m. for follow up on my left ankle, I was 8 min late according to their clock ( and you allow to be 15 min late and then you have reschedule), after being at other doctors for the last 8 months, the back decide that they need to do a complete paperwork update. Why, I just gave you all the information 3 weeks ago nothing has changed. It funny if did have my paperwork why did one medication show up on there. We have a new computer system, you had that 3 weeks ago, why did you not ask me then or tell me to come in early and fill the paperwork out or send to me bring in. The front ladies could not answer the questions. I am pretty sure the doc was not in and stalling me. I had a appt with client as I am self employed at 11:30. I had waited 2.25 for my follow up appt, when I got in there at 11:00 a.m. they ask how I was, of course I was extremely upset that I had to wait 2 hours for a follow up with no excuse from them other then we are busy. The very young cna took me to my room, I said to her, I going to bill you for my time. It was 11:15, no doc, I heard them in the hallway, the cna said it follow up, and heard doc open up one door and go into another room, of which I was supposed to next. Finally I said to very young cna, I have to go, I have appt, and I will be billing you for my time. The scheduling department here is horrible, this not the first time that this has happen. It not my problem about your new data system, that your problem. I won't be back to see this doctor ever again, as his staff has NO CONCERNS for meeting appt on time. I got the excuse we are busy, so what, take care of customer and don't schedule so many appt if you can't handle them OR GET more DOC in the group or more staff.
