  Lackluster Customer Service from Brian Dunne, car broker! I've been a member of AAA for over 40 years and used their brokering service to buy a car. He did not give me my temporary plates for my new car. He did not explain the new car registration process accurately, even though he knew I was new to Colorado. To date, Brian still hasn't answered my emails concerning new car questions, which he said to email him if I had any. When I saw him interact with another customer buying a car, Brian was patient and quite helpful. My guess, because she was buying a BMW and mine was half that cost. I'm going through the Dealership next time, which I hate!

  Never have had a bad experience at AAA. I have a Premier membership at AAA Colorado and my agent Diane DeVoe is always there to help me! She is able to answer all my questions and works hard to get me the best prices on my car insurance. Not only is the store great, but I have had multiple occasions where I have had to call the customer service line and have experienced nothing but hospitality and help. My car battery died and AAA came within the hour and even installed my battery with no charge. I definitely recommend AAA Colorado for auto, home, and life insurance.

  Every time I use AAA they always send the best people. Vince was exceptional though! He was so kind and helpful! You have a great employee on your hands! He truly cares about the customers he helps and has such an amazing positive attitude! Don't ever let him leave your company because he is great! He deserves some recognition and a raise!! Thank you Vince for making a flat tire a much easier less stressful situation for a girl who knows nothing about cars!
