- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I've been going to this dental office for years but the quality of service has apparently changed. I asked for and was told a doctor would call me by end day yesterday. I had a question the front desk ladies admitted they were not qualified to answer so I asked for and was told I would receive a call from one of the doctors. Later in the day, Laura, whose name is mentioned in two other reviews below, advised me I would not be getting a call and needed an expensive consultation. Really? Not one doctor there could afford 10 minutes for a loyal returning patient! They do fine work and I had referred them in the past but after yesterday's events; no longer. They have apparently achieved all the clientele they need and no longer need to provide good, personal, customer service.April 17, 2017by Nina Bishop
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This office, and especially the front desk, is there to take as much money out of your pocket as they possibly can. They will quote you for services not verified by the doctor. They will quote you partial services for what you have described to them just to get you in the office. One doctor will tell you what you need to have done, then they will schedule you with another doctor that will add extra appointments beyond what you received in your consultation. Do yourself a BIG favor. Request another referral and work with your insurance to avoid CO Endodontic "Specialists". They stole $315 from me, and it could have been a lot more. Don't let the same happen to you. And listen to Jeanie below about the receptionist Laura below. She is still there and operates the head of the snake leeching money out of your pocket for this office. She is rude, and intentionally deceptive to clients in this office and will work her very best to get that money of yours for the doctors in this officeJanuary 04, 2017by Craig Malott
