  Dr. Wagers was my primary care for the past 4 years of which as a doctor is fine. However the staff is extremely hard to work with they don't communicate what you ask with the doctor. I specifically asked for a full specific blood panel because of a recent medical issue and family history. The day I told them I was planning to come they gave no instruction on fasting and the blood test requested was not the full panel. They told me I have to come another day because my doctor was out and is the only one who can request a full panel other doctors in the practice cannot help. I cannot drive due to this new medical issue and had been speaking with them since Aug 30th of this matter so I could be prepared. The day of they tell me the blood test isn't requested correctly and now I must come another day. I tried discussing the matter that I am not able to drive my self and the front office legitimately hung up on me. It's extremely hard to get appointments here that aren't a full month out I wouldn't waste my time with these people. I called right back and cancelled my appointment to schedule with a more empathetic practice. They didn't ask why or care since they just hung up on me they didn't even need my date of birth because it was still pulled up.
