- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Doctor Ed & Doctor Doner are amazing surgeons! I appreciate them! Andy & the PT staff are professional & very helpful! However, the waiting game during appointments is ridiculous. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Had surgery in January and was told they confirmed coverage with my insurance. Now I am receiving statements saying they are not covering anything and am getting miscoded bills. I expressed my concerns with Dr. Doner and he said to keep in touch with his assistant . She directed me to Ruth in coding. Ruth just spoke over me and decided that being condesending was her best customer service choice. After asking her to stop talking over me and expressing my concerns she then asked permission to speak and told me she can't help me.April 21, 2017by Becca Machmuller
