- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This is the place where a good practice went to die. When it was Expresscare, appointments could be made for the same week and walk-ins were welcome. They were more than happy to accommodate. Then it was taken over by Dr Rubick and its been a slide from awesome to fair service bordering on poor depending on the day. Want an appointment? Be prepared to wait a month before getting in. Walk ins are now urgent care only. And if you have to deal with their office manager, be prepared because she is very arrogant repeatedly telling you its HER practice and she will run it however she wants patients be damned. The office staff is stuck because with all the rules in place, they can't do anything without approval. Make this your place of last resort.August 22, 2017by Jessica I
