  This office has not been rated by a lot of insurance companies as a value or affordable, which means that you might get charged an arm and a leg for their long waits, crappy service and awful diagnosis. I have been thinking about switching to a different pediatrician, however have not had time to look for a new one. Well last night my youngest woke up with the worst caught I have ever heard, a fever and an asthma attack. I called the office just to be transferred and placed on hold for 15 minutes to finally be told that the doctors will not see any patients past 10 am today because of their annual Christmas party. Well actually, first person told me 10 am, the second person told me 3 pm. When I said I could do 2:30 pm and all of a sudden she said 12 pm. When I tried to get clarification of what it was, 3:00 pm or 12:00 pm she would only repeat herself and not answer my question. "We are having a christmas party today...". All I can think is "AND???" Unfortunately I have been going here for four years and went through everything from sitting in the waiting room with a crying baby with 103 fever for three hours because they forgot about me to not being asked for co-pay which I did not think was suspicious but in reality my insurance had changed so I accumulated $200 worth of co-pay and nobody told me until the Accounts Receivable lady came into the full waiting room one day saying loudly "you owe us $200". I said why didn't you send me a bill, I was unaware and she said she did send me bills monthly. I asked to which address and I am not kidding you, it said "00000 Colorado Springs, CO 00000". When I asked her if she thought this was a real address or if I was that stupid she just kept saying this is the address we sent it to. So the front desk had my address but didn't ask for co-pay and the back office wanted co-pay but didn't have my office. Try using the same client system, that might help you and your patients. I wrote her the check right then and there to get the humiliation over with. The good staff comes and goes because they know how crappy of an operation this place is. Do not go there!!! They will screw you over as well!!!
