  AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE - LOUISE THE OFFICE MANAGER PROVIDED A HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE. AVOID THIS DOCTOR'S OFFICE. I scheduled an appointment on Aug. 3rd, 2015. The appointment date was Sept. 1, 2015. The morning of the scheduled appointment, I called to see how long the appointment would be. I was then notified that there would be a series of appointments, in order to do the testing I wanted. This was not revealed to me in my initial call to schedule the appointment. Because of the expensive nature of the service, I decided to go wait on getting the testing done. The rep then notified me that there would be a $35 cancellation fee, when appointment cancelled within 24 hours. I was not aware of this information. She transferred me to Louise who is the office manager. Louise proceeded to tell me that they tried to leave me a voicemail confirming the appointment on Friday the 4th, 4 days before my appointment. Her report was that they tried to leave a voicemail but my mailbox was full. I have never heard of this problem happening in the past several years. Coincidentally, they called me to let me know of an opening if I wanted to move my appointment. This message was received by voicemail, within the same window of time. I did not call back, because i did not wish to reschedule my appointment to fill the opening they had. I was frustrated with Louise because she did not understand that I did not receive any information about a cancellation fee, NOR did she understand that I was not given any information about multiple appointments when I scheduled the appointment. I asked to speak with the doctor, and she said she would have the Dr. get in touch with me. I never received a call from the Dr. and in turn received a bill for $35 for a no show fee. I then tried to call them back and left a message for someone to call me back to try to continue to resolve the issue. I never heard back and a few weeks later received another bill. I called again (now in December) and spoke to Louise and gave my re-account of how I had not properly been informed of both multiple appointments, as well as a cancellation fee. She rudely continued to talk over me as I explained the issue (again) and the only stance she maintained was that the policy for canceling within 24 hours was a $35 fee. At one point in this conversation, she confirmed my e-mail address, but I have never received any e-mail from this business. I would have assumed if they were unable to leave me a voicemail, they would have informed me of this policy via e-mail. Especially since I was a new patient - first time appointment. I continued to get frustrated by Louise not understanding me scenario, and she told me "I am not going to argue with you" and hung up on me. IMPORTANT: I have never dealt with anybody so incompetent in a service based role. Not only would Louise not listen to me, but she refused to try to offer any solution whatsoever, when her office was at fault.
