  I have been a patient of SpringsDental for over 2yrs now and am ending my relationship. I can no longer deal with the technicians who either aren't very good at their job or get an attitude when you question them , incorrect procedures & unprofessional office staff. It is their job to verify and update Ins , verify Dr refferals that they are in network , bill correctly. They are extremely lacks in administrative duties except when billing the patient! I have voiced complaints over the past year and things continue to go down hill. The last straw happened this past week when they could not work my husband in for an emergency extraction . I took him to an to an Oral Surgeon i had previously used (Dr Kunkel, Pikes Peak Oral Surgery) Amazing! and they refused to send xray stating they needed signed release even though did not need one previously on referrals THEY CHOSE! I spoke with office Mgr Christa about this who just kept reciting Hippa and said she didn't want to argue with me , which I was confused because I wasn't arguing but pointing out a fact that she and their office are incorrectly applying Hippa. You don't get to pick & choose. In addition my husband and I found out this extraction should have been referred to an oral surgeon and Springs Dental should not have attempted removal as other procedures performed in the past. The next day Christa did call me and said she would reach out to the other dental office about reversing the charge for xrays. As I appreciate that , when you don't go to regular appts because you dread dealing with staff, it's time to change. Thank you

  My experience was great. Been their with my family for 2years. I called to question a charge of 80.00 from a recent visit with my family. I did not understand what the $80 charge was for, if we had a 100% coverage for our annually check up. I was told that the other dentist saw my family because our primary was on vacation. Since that was the case, our insurance was OUT of NETWORK / 80 20??? Okay I understand that but was told "it is your responsibility to know your insuarance, not ours". I then ask to speak to the dentist, I was told " they don't call, I make the decisions" this is just a fraction of the call, it goes on, but if you get my point..... I have spent $$$$ here over my last visits for dental work and the price has been great, the dentist are awesome!!! The other staff, no customer service at ALL! I will file a formal complaint to the ADA since my concerns seemed to stop only at the front desk..... I also will not be back to this office for any future exams nor will I recommend anyone! I don't get it, if I owned a business I would do everything I can to find answers to my customers ligitament concerns and not be on the defense about a miesly $80.......
