- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This is the most inept and unorganized office I have ever been to. I waited 10 min without even being greeted by an employee, even though it looked like there were at least 5 people just behind the waiting area. I was given papers to fill out with no explanation, one of the papers wasn't even readable due to lack of ink. After filling them out, the person at the front said oh, did I even explain these to you? You need to fill out this nearly blank page and this other form too. The person at the front desk was rude and clearly had no idea what she was doing and didn't even read my forms before coming out and asking me for more information, which was already on the forms I had filled out. After waiting 30 minutes after my appointment time and dealing with inept employees, I walked out. If the front desk experience was that uncomfortable, I'm glad I didn't let them clean my teeth OR my daughters teeth. This place was such a disappointment.May 23, 2017by Kelly Reynolds
