- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪They make you do an "establishing care" first appointment where they will not even refill basic prescriptions. Honestly, it shouldn't be legal to require a person to pay two co-pays for no reason. I say "no reason" because on my second visit, I still had to fill out a whole second questionnaire again going over my medical history AND remind the doctors of information that was for sure on the screen in front of them. The first woman that I saw told me to schedule a full physical with blood work and other expensive, unnecessary tests. The first available appointment for that was 3 weeks away. Apparently she decided I could go 3 weeks without my prescription. I had to make ANOTHER appointment 2 days after the first one in order to get the prescription that I needed. The only test or exam that I needed for the prescription was my blood pressure, which they did at the first appointment! I think I'm going to try and report them for insurance fraud because they seem to just be milking the system with little regard for patient health.
