- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Called in for an appointment and was told that they no longer have my records on file and I would be considered a new patient. Was asked to acquire a referral from my Primary Care Physician and did that. Called back and they said the next available appointment was 4 months out. I called back and asked for another cardiologist at which point their scheduling staff member was unpleasant. Courtesy is relevant in any business - whether you are a doctors office or a car wash.
