- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪As a new patient seeing Dr. Whaley for the first time, I expected to have somewhat of a considerable wait. I was surprised when I had been sitting in the waiting room for maybe four minutes before I was called back! The assistant was very kind and thorough. I felt like she listened to me and didn’t rush me. She came back in with Dr. Whaley maybe two minutes later. I loved that Dr. Whaley took his time to explain things to me instead of just writing out a prescription immediately. He was very kind and gentle, and though I’m sure he had several other patients waiting, he never rushed me or his assistant.
