  I am a young, first time mother so of course I was timid and nervous and did not know what to expect....i figured my doctor would help me through that, but Dr. Brinkman was rude and condescending. I had 1 appointment with her, and she was short with me and made me feel uncomfortable the entire time and by the end of the appointment even walked out on me without a word. After the appointment she was still my scheduled doctor; however, I hadn't heard a single thing from her for 3 months and even had to fight to get my 20 week ultrasound. And then when I had complications and bleeding I could not get a hold of her and had to leave a message that she did not respond to. I do not care if for some reason, she personally did not like me, but I still expect her to be a professional and do her job. Why become a doctor if you do not actually care about your patients.
