- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪We got the best deal from them in insurance and we have had 1 good experience with a claim for hail damage being paid out right away. However we have 2 other cars and a house claim from the same hail storm that now 5 months later still can't get anywhere with. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪After my daughter's accident Liberty Mutual called her and asked her to describe the incident. A woman ran a red light and sideswiped her little Honda. After hearing the description of the events over the phone, they summarily decided that my daughter was 40% at fault for not realizing that the woman was running the light. As a college student, Liberty Mutual left her with a totalled car and a check for 60% of its value. Even though we had been clients of there's for years, that was their process. We cancelled all our policies with them the very next day. They are in the business strictly for the money.June 20, 2017by Kurt B
