- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The receptionist appeared to want to do anything but assist me. She continually tried to push me out of the door despite having questions. Wait times to see a provider remain at 4 to 8 weeks. Is there any medical condition which could reasonably be postponed for 4 to 8 weeks? The clinic requires redundant paperwork, and I do mean paperwork. I have made two trips to the clinic in what could have been easily handled through a decent VA website and an internet connection. Walking through the doors is like entering a 1980s bureaucracy. Our veterans deserve better than this. Update: My second experience was much better. I was seen in a reasonable amount of time. The staff and care givers were professional and compassionate. Everyone went the extra mile to make sure my concerns were addressed.
