- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The staff and Dr Miller are all wonderful! Our dog was born with bone deformities in her legs. We were told she would never have straight legs and would always be in pain but Dr Miller was able to fix both, giving her a chance for a normal pain-free life. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪11/3/17-We are back again! Its been a few years since our last surgeries. :-( This time with a torn ACL and an unexpected plate removal. However my feelings toward Dr. Miller and the staff here have not changed a bit! These guys are absolutely wonderful. We appreciate everything they have done for Sam. I can't say enough good things! If I could give 100 stars I would! Last Tuesday our female German Shepherd named Samantha slipped on ice and fell 12 ft off our deck. We were terrified that we would have to put her to sleep because of how bad her injuries were and the pain she was in. Our vet referred us to Colorado Canine Orthopedics and we drove an hour and a half in a snow storm to see them. They are AMAZING- Dr. Miller calmed our fears and spent a lot of time explaining what he found, our options, and answering all our questions. He was honest about our choices and risks, and we absolutely trust his opinion. She ended up tearing ligaments in both her front paws and required surgery. Janice in the front office gave us these precious little paw print worry stones and was a tremendous help!! When I picked Samantha up the morning after her first surgery- the techs were sitting with her showering her with kisses and hugs. That made me feel like a weight was lifted because the staff actually cares and love what they do. Dr. Miller and his staff saved Samantha's life and I cannot express enough how grateful I am to them. They are AMAZING-- even if you don't live near Colorado Springs (we live in Evergreen) they are worth the drive. Trust me.December 01, 2016by Carrie David
